Vickerstock are working with an established main contractor on the appointment of a Senior Engineer in Portlaoise

The Project

A €20m refurbishment and development of a Commercial Site across 3 storeys.

Your new role as Senior Engineer

Supervise setting out engineers

Manage site operations

Ensure compliance with design specifications.
Ensure that all materials and work performed are to companies quality standards

Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and the workforce.
Review construction drawings

Management of plant to meet project timelines
Maintain site records

Review performance of subcontractors

What you'll need to be successful as Senior Engineer

5 years experience in Construction

Experience with a Main Contractor is beneficial

Strong knowledge of Total Station
