Vickerstock is proud to partner with a leading FMCG manufacturer renowned for producing high-quality products within their specialist sector. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an Operations Manager to join their team at their Co. Meath facility.

As Operations/Plant Manager, you will take full ownership of business operations, ensuring optimal performance in the areas of:

• Production & Warehousing - Overseeing day-to-day manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and efficiency targets.
• People Leadership - Leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Safety & Quality - Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and food safety standards.
• Supply Chain & Materials Management - Managing stock, logistics, and supply chain operations to drive efficiency.
• Maintenance & Continuous Improvement - Driving operational improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives.

You must have:

• Previous management experience within meat industry/food manufacturing
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive a high-performance culture.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
