Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading contractor on the appointment of a Construction Project Manager for their Dundalk project.

The Project

A medium sized Commercial Project in Dundalk. Project is due to last 2 years, with 2 phases totalling around €18m in value. The project is in very early stages.

Your role as Construction Project Manager

• Manage on-site operations, including specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Liaise with clients and design teams
• Review project progress and ensure contractual obligations are completed
• Oversee procurement and materials management
• Direct and supervise the Site Engineer and Site Manager
• Identify and resolve risks
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards

What you'll need to be successful as Construction Project Manager

• 8+ years experience in Construction
• Strong experience in Commercial Construction
• Knowledge of Irish codes and regulations
• CSR Card
