Vickerstock are working in partnership with a main contractor to appoint a Site Manager.

The Project

A Residential new build block of apartments in Dublin City Centre. They are nearing fit-out stages and therefore are keen for someone with a strong fit-out background.

What you'll need to be successful as Site Manager

Minimum 5 years experience management of Construction

Previous residential experience

Strong fitout management experience

Safepass

Your role as Site Manager

Management of sub-contractors

Manage compliance with Health & Safety on site

Manage procurement and site documentation

Attend regular management meetings

Ensure quality of works
