About the project

This is a new mixed-use development project, mainly consisting of residential and commercial units, in South Dublin, Sandyford. This is a site & Head office based full time role,

Your new role as Senior Quantity Surveyor

Complete detailed package and material budgets.
Manage the awarding of subcontracts.
Manage cashflow and invoices.
Agree final accounts.

Manage schedules for subcontractors, suppliers and procurement Complete project reviews with the goal of assessing potential cost saving areas.

What you'll need to be successful as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

4 years' experience working with a main contractor/developer in the Irish Market.
Strong experience managing budgets, tendering packages, and post contract cost management.
Comfortable working from both site based office and head office
Strong understanding of the construction industry and cost management

What's beneficial to have?

Experience working on high density apartments, and low density housing
Relevant degree in Construction or Engineering field
