Your responsibilities as a Maintenance Coordinator will include:

• Prioritizing safety in the planning and execution of all maintenance activities.
• Ensuring compliance with site safety, food safety, and quality standards.
• Efficiently planning, scheduling, and managing the workflow for all non-urgent maintenance tasks from initiation to completion.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the site's CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Coordinating the availability of parts, equipment, maintenance engineers, and third-party contractors to create robust maintenance plans.
• Collaborating with supply chain, production, and quality teams to execute maintenance activities with minimal disruption to output and product quality.

Ideal qualifications and experience:

• An engineering degree, time-served apprenticeship, or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Previous experience in a maintenance or engineering role, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
• Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
