Vickerstock are working with an Armagh based subcontractor on the appointment of an Estimator. Our client has a large pipeline of work and therefore is keen to add an additional Estimator to the team.

Your new role as an Estimator

Calculate costs.

Create detailed estimates of works using plans, specs and drawings.

Use Bluebeam software for take-offs.

Be involved in the tender process to provide accurate cost estimates.

Communicate with supplies on quotes.

What you'll need to be successful

Previous estimation/cost control experience. Different experience levels are welcome to apply, as training can be provided for more junior estimators

Knowledge of Bluebeam is beneficial

Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
