Vickerstock is working in partnership with a Tier 1 house building contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Leixlip, Kildare

Your new role as Senior Quantity Surveyor

Oversee cost management for a large residential project.

Work closely with the Senior management team.

Manage all commercial aspects on your active sites

Present commercial packs to Senior management

Manage procurement processes.

Oversee subcontractor responsibilities such as payments.

Work on negotiations and submissions

What you'll need to be successful as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

7+ years experience

Residential experience

Cubit or Cost-X skills

Strong analytical skills
