Vickerstock are working in partnership with a well-established property developer to appoint a Construction Project Manager in Dublin

This is initially a 2 year contract, but with plans to extend that further to additional projects.

The Project

A €90m residential and commercial project up to 14 storeys, including a few basement levels, in Dublin. They currently have 7 storeys built, however the project is still in shell stage.

This is a site based role, with the option to work 1-2 days in Head Office.

What you'll need to be successful as Construction Project Manager

Degree in a related subject

Experience with a main contractor

Minimum 7 years experience management of Construction projects

Previous residential & commercial experience

RC frame experience is desirable

Project Management Qualifications are an advantage

Your role as Construction Project Manager

Oversee the project to handover

Management of timelines and budgets

Report on project progress

Manage compliance with Health & Safety on site

Attend regular management meetings

Ensure quality of works
