Associate / Associate Director (Water) | Belfast
Vickerstock are delighted to be working with a young, ambitious design consultancy to support in the recruitment of a Civil Engineer to join the practice at Associate / Associate Director level. With a significant pipeline of upcoming works in the water sector across the UK, Ireland and Middle East, they are now looking to further enhance their existing team with this strategic appointment. This role will particularly appeal to people who are currently at Principal level but have found limited opportunities for further progression.

Your new role as an Associate / Associate Director (Water)
You will work alongside the founding Director and a growing team of industry experts to provide and lead the technical design function of a wide range water and wastewater projects. Projects will include wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, storage reservoirs and watermain programmes to name a few.

What you will need to succeed as an Associate / Associate Director (Water)

  • Be a Chartered Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10-years industry experience within a design consultancy.
  • Significant experience working within the water / wastewater industry
  • Experience leading a design team, with a demonstrable track record of successful project delivery
  • Knowledge of D&B contracts is a distinct advantage
