Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager | County Tyrone
Vickerstock are working with a leading, main contractor to support in the recruitment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager. Operating across Ireland and the UK, this company offers turn-key projects in the water and wastewater industries. With a newly opened office based in County Tyrone, this business has expertise within both the industrial and municipal water sectors and have been on a significant and sustained period of growth.

Your new role as Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager
Working alongside the Commercial Director (based in Ireland) you will take overall responsibility for the commercial performance of projects delivered from the NI office. This will include project budgeting, cost control and management of procurement processes. You will oversee contract management and administration and manage performance of subcontractors.

What you will need to succeed as Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager
To be considered for this role you should:

• Be a degree qualified surveyor
• Have a minimum of 10-years industry experience, preferably within the Civil Engineering sector
• Have strong knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contracts
• Hold Chartered status with the RICS (preferred)

• Basic salary of between £70,000 - £80,000

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work towards a Commercial Director post, leading the commercial function for Northern Ireland. Hybrid working is also available.
