We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join the team and help lead production operations to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key duties

• Reporting to the Production Manager you will lead your team to achieve production goals and targets.
• Ensure constant adherence to all company, customer and legal requirements regarding food safety and provide leadership and ownership of product quality.
• Manage employee performance under a culture where employees can learn, develop and execute their duties successfully.
• Efficient planning and scheduling to ensure optimization of your manufacturing resources.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement plans within the production areas and drive positive change.

We are looking for;

• Previous experience at supervisory level within food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of production operations, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
