Production Supervisor

Salary up to £40,000

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing plant, a global leader in their field for the recruitment of a Production Supervisor. Reporting to the Production Manager you will lead a team of operatives providing coaching and mentoring with a focus on continuous improvement and health and safety

Your new role as Production Supervisor

• Ensure H&S compliance at all times
• Management of production scheduling and planning
• Managing workflows, to ensure production targets are achieved
• Hold daily meetings with your team, to communicate KPI's
• Assess and develop skill sets of operators providing training when required
• Carry out continuous improvement activities across production
• Responsible for hygiene standards across your area
• Build strong working relationships with other departments

What you'll need

• 2 years' experience managing a production team
• Excellent IT skills
• Knowledge of H&S legislation
