The Role:
As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the creation of high-quality sauces for ready meals. This position involves skilled weighing, blending, and mixing of ingredients to produce sauces that meet exacting standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weighing, blending, and mixing ingredients according to precise recipes.
• Preparing and cooking sauces to ensure the highest quality.
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Assisting with stock control and ensuring ingredients are managed efficiently.

What You'll Need:

• Experience in food production or a similar environment is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
