Reporting to the Product Development Manager you will be a key member of the team, driving towards a successful concept to launch process for all NPD & EPD products.

What your typical day as Product Development Technologist will look like:

• Development of day-to-day product development of NPD & EPD activity.
• Ensure products are developed in line with commercial, nutritional & operational targets.
• Generation of customer samples required for product submissions and customer presentations.
• Support project management through the stage & gate process as required.
• Generation of all required paperwork and documentation, in line with stage & gate and customer submission process.
• Support the product development & innovation pipeline that is commercially viable and in line with manufacturing capability.
• Working effectively with other key functions: operations, technical, process development, packaging development across the launch process.
• Supporting role in any customer presentations, as required.

Your essential ingredients:

• Degree in food or relevant qualification
• Equivalent transferable experience within Food manufacturing
• Strong communication skills, ability to communicate verbally and written.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
• Driving License
