Vickerstock are working in partnership with our Irish client who are fresh food manufacturers located in North Dublin. Supplying products to both retail and food service sectors across Ireland. Currently seeking a fulltime/permanent Production Manager for their site located in North Dublin.

As Production Manager you will be responsible for managing production operations to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves a balance of hands-on management and strategic oversight to optimize production workflows, enhance team performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Duties

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring products are manufactured on time and to specification.
• Manage and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and company targets.
• Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and raw materials, to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure that all production processes adhere to health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the production team.

We are looking for

• Previous Production Management experience within Food Manufacturing
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
