Junior Project Manager

€40k - €45k

Dublin based, with rare travel involved to surrounding sites.

Vickerstock are working in partnership with one of Irelands biggest and best employers to recruit a Production Manager for their site in South Dublin. Our client is one of the largest material process companies in the UK & Ireland.

As a Junior Project Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Coordinating input from internal stakeholders, consultants, sub-contractors, and other relevant parties.
  • Ensuring the implementation of best practices and corporate policies in project delivery.
  • Facilitating, attending, and contributing to meetings related to the projects.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules and works programs.
  • Creating and utilising processes, tools, and techniques to support effective project delivery.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly reports to senior management.
  • Managing the allocated project budget.
  • Conducting critical reviews of project documentation, tracking costs, program progress, risks, and resources to assess project health and proactively identify and escalate any issues.
  • Taking responsibility for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects of the projects.

As a Junior Project Manager ideally you will have;

  • A third-level qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Relevant experience in construction project management and process engineering will be considered.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Knowledge of Irish Construction requirements, particularly in EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety).
  • Experience in budget management
