Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Engineering Leadership: Develop, plan, and execute engineering projects that align with their business goals, ensuring we meet both current and future manufacturing needs.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives with a methodical and considered approach, ensuring full team engagement and minimising risk.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Implement engineering solutions that enhance the systems and processes, striving for best-in-class standards across all operations.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide a team of multiskilled engineers, fostering an environment of excellence and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds business expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical/Engineering Degree: A relevant qualification in mechanical or engineering disciplines.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrable experience in a leadership role within a high-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Project & Maintenance Management: Proven track record of managing multiskilled engineers for project work, product advisory, and preventative maintenance (PPM), with a focus on minimising downtime and ensuring safety.
