Contracts Manager | Co. Fermanagh

Vickerstock are currently working with a leading producer of precast concrete construction products for UK and Ireland.

They are looking to add a Contracts Manager to their team who will oversee all aspects of the company's negotiations and implementation. They will also supervise all works ensuring low waste and safe systems at work. For this role you will also oversee highway maintenance.

Your New Role:

In your new role as a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for measurement, calculation, and scheduling of necessary surfacing product for both private and public sector works alongside managing staff ensuring high productivity and health and safety standards. You will be in charge of producing monthly safety audits and ensuring the delivery of contract performance is in line with the agreed budgets.

What will you need to succeed:

• Strong knowledge of the surfacing industry.
• Excellent health and safety knowledge
• Exceptional negotiation and judgement skills.
• 3rd level qualification in a civils background or relevant work experience in the industry.
