BIM Coordinator

Vickerstock are working alongside an established specialist Mechanical and Electrical building contractor based in Northern Ireland to recruit for the position of BIM Coordinator.

Your new role as a BIM Coordinator;

• Manage Revit project production and contents as well creation and maintenance of standard library objects
• Develop, implement and maintain BIM workflow, protocols and standards within the MEP BIM Team
• Produce construction level drawing information for use on live sites
• Act as BIM Coordinator (MEP Engineering) for major projects
• Provide day-to-day BIM technical support to delivery teams
• Ability to travel to live sites to carry out 3D scanning duties
• Surveying of work in progress MEP installations on live sites
• Provide training to other staff on relevant BIM technologies

What you will need to succeed in your new role as a BIM Coordinator;

• 2 years' miminum experience working as a CAD/Revit Technician for Building Services on medium/large scale projects in Autodesk Revit
• In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with experience of creating search sets, running clash detection and producing clash reports.
• Experience in working with CAD Packages
