Vickerstock is working exclusively with one of Ireland's leading renewable energy providers, who own and run what will be one of Ireland's largest anaerobic digestion sites located in Dublin. The site is currently under construction with full operational activity commencing end of Q1 2024.
They are currently seeking to appoint a Plant Manager as the initial operational appointment in what is truly an exciting opportunity within the renewable energy sector in Ireland.
This will be the first appointment which will provide a unique opportunity in the current market in that it will allow you to build a full operational team across all facets of the plant. As the operational figurehead, this is a significant career opportunity working for one of Ireland's leading organisations, you will gain exposure to what is a dynamic and forward-thinking board with a credible demonstrable track record within both the renewable energy and waste sector.
The Plant Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the site operates at an optimal level, maintaining the highest standards in operation, process efficiency and health and safety. You will be accustomed to managing and nurturing all stakeholder relationships including utility and government bodies, customers, and 3rd party contractors.
This role will oversee daily operations, ensuring operational policies and procedures are followed at all times. It will bring with it ownership of site reporting including preparation of Board Reports.
