Vickerstock are working in partnership with a well-established property developer to appoint a Site Manager on their newest site.

This is initially a 12 month contract, but with plans to extend that further to additional projects.

The Project

A €90m residential and commercial project up to 14 storeys, including a few basement levels, in Dublin

What you'll need to be successful as Site Manager

Minimum 5 years experience management of Construction

Previous residential experience

Safepass

Manual Handling Training

Project Management Qualifications are an advantage

Your role as Site Manager

Management of sub-contractors

Manage compliance with Health & Safety on site

Manage procurement and site documentation

Attend regular management meetings

Assist with management of plant

Ensure quality of works
