About Us: The client is a leading construction company specialising in delivering high-quality projects across Ireland. We are proud to announce our appointment as the Design & Build contractor for the Project in Dublin City Centre, a significant development aimed at addressing North Dublin's housing crisis. This €100m project will provide over 200 apartments and a childcare facility, contributing to the region's housing needs. We are committed to excellence in construction, utilising modern methods to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and managed engineering aspects of the Project, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee the construction process, including planning, execution, and quality control, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving engineering challenges and optimizing construction methodologies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews, identifying and addressing issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
  • Foster a culture of safety and quality on-site, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of modern construction methods and techniques is preferred.
