HR Assistant

Vickerstock is delighted to be working in partnership with an award-winning, multi-site and exponentially-growing food manufacturing organisation with premises located across Ireland in the recruitment of a HR Assistant to join their talented Human Resources Team based in County Tipperary.

What will you do as HR Assistant?

  • Assist the existing HR team in the onboarding process of new employees across all company sites ie. delivering offer letters, conducting reference checks and gathering relevant RTW documentation.
  • Utilising the HRIS system to upload new employees, download performance and absence documentation
  • Update all employee personnel records in relation to change of contracts, personal details and position titles.
  • Collate, review and upload all employee payroll information ie. number of hours worked, incidences of sickness and holidays undertaken.
  • Create HR reports on a weekly and monthly basis regarding sickness absence, recruitment requisitions, performance levels and engagement levels.
  • Address all HR telephone and email enquiries in accordance with company policies and procedures

What do you require as HR Assistant?

  • Previous experience in completing HR Administration and Payroll Duties
  • Utilised HRIS and Payroll Systems
  • Desirable to have CIPD Qualification or HR Degree
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced and team-working environment
