Senior Building Surveyor | Belfast

Vickerstock are working in partnership with an established Building Surveying Consultancy to recruit a Senior Building Surveyor.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established consultancy on a high-growth plan, to work on high value assets. You will join a strong team working on a large portfolio of projects.

Your new role as a Senior Building Surveyor

Assess assets against building standards and regulations.
Complete Condition Surveys and Feasibility studies
Be responsible for pre-sale due diligence
Visit local sites to complete surveys

Assist with the tendering process

What you'll need to be successful as a Senior Building Surveyor

Higher level education in Construction or Engineering

Strong previous experience with Commercial properties

Private sector experience

History of winning work is extremely beneficial
