Vickerstock is proud to be partnering with a leading company to recruit a Part Time (2 Days/Week) Sales Administrator.
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient logistical operations. As a Sales Administrator, you will manage customer orders, resolve issues, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Services & Sales Support:

  • Process daily customer orders for production with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate draft invoices and update them upon receipt of packing sheets before issuing to customers.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding order delays or changes, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Address and resolve delivery discrepancies and amend invoices as needed.
  • Manage online sales orders and ensure timely processing and fulfilment.
  • Assist the sales team with sample postings and expedite issue resolutions to prevent payment delays.


Logistics Support:

  • Prepare packing sheets for the dispatch team and generate delivery notes for order collections.
  • Coordinate transport for order deliveries and resolve proof of delivery discrepancies.
  • Monitor daily production through reports and manage pallet inventory for production needs.


General:

  • Produce weekly reports comparing orders versus dispatch for operational insight.
  • Undertake any other administrative duties necessary to support business efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner for customer communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high level of accuracy.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
