Senior Quantity Surveyor| Belfast

Your new role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial expertise across a range of projects. You will;

• Manage cost management processes for ongoing projects.
• Prepare BoQs.
• Prepare Pre-Tender Estimations.
• Take part in project meetings and client meetings.
• Visit project sites.
• Work closely wit the project manager.
• Review tenders and procurement plans.

What you will need to succeed as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Be a Chartered Surveyor
• 5 years experience post-graduation
• Strong understanding of CDM Regulations
