Day shift, 40 hours per week, 8am start time

Salary €14 per hour

Vickerstock are working in partnership with our leading FMCG client who consistently deliver fresh and premium products to their customers and due to the growing dynamic team, they are currently seeking to appoint a Quality Controller to join the team at their Monaghan site.

Reporting to the Technical Manager your duties will include:

• Product grading/assessment
• Quality Checks (weights, temperature, size, shape, metal detection, etc.)
• Stock monitoring, rotation checks
• Records completion at different process stages
• Issue communication and action taken
• Rejects communication and required action set up
• Label check and verification
• Working together with dispatch team
• Setting up relevant equipment for production run
• Monitoring production change overs
• Daily good manufacturing practice (GMP) and hygiene inspections

We are looking for:

• Previous experience within Food/FMCG
• Positive work ethic with impeccable attention to detail
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel to other sites as required
• Flexible, focused, disciplined, responsible and hard working.
• Must be able to communicate and write in English

Working hours will be Day shift, 40 hours per week, 8am start time, this will rotate between Monday - Sunday. Salary in return will be €14 per hour.
