Project Manager (Renewable Energy) | Belfast

Vickerstock is collaborating exclusively with a leading EPC contractor, focusing on projects within renewable energy and data centre sectors, to recruit an experienced Project Manager. With over 30 years of global project expertise, this company has recently opened a new office in Belfast. Your new role as a Project Manager (Renewable Energy)

As a Project Manager, you will join a successful multi-disciplinary design team working on a range of Transmission and Distribution projects both domestically and internationally. Your role will include responsibilities such as:

• Reviewing the contract programme, ensuring that it reflects the contract requirements
• Identifying and providing the necessary preliminary items required to establish the site and execute the contract
• Conducting weekly project meetings to coordinate various aspects such as safety, finance, program, design, and site teams, ensuring comprehensive coordination and keeping all team members briefed on project progress.
• Reviewing and maintaining project safety at all times.

What you will need to succeed as a Project Manager (Renewable Energy)

• BEng / MEng in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship
• Minimum of 5-years' experience working with a HV or utilities specialist
• Experience in managing high voltage assets, preferably in distribution, generation, transmission, or utilities sectors.
