Vickerstock are working in partnership with our FMCG client who are significant players within their specialist industry known for their commitment to quality and tradition. Over decades they have expanded their products and the size of the business and due to this they are seeking a motivated Production Manager to join the dedicated team in Drogheda, Co Louth.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the overall site, overseeing all aspects of production, quality, and team performance ensuring the efficient and safe operation of site.

This role involves strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with company goals. You will have responsibility for a 24/7 production facility, which includes production and dispatch and store operations. You will provide leadership to a team of over 100 employees, supporting their development, continuous improvement, and success.

Essential Criteria

• Proven experience in a leadership role within Food/FMCG Manufacturing
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of production processes, health & safety standards, and quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate large teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to decision-making.

• Night Shift, 11pm - 7.30am
• Monday - Friday
