About the Role:

Vickerstock is proud to partner with a leading global FMCG manufacturer seeking a Machine Operator to join their high-performing production team at a state-of-the-art facility in County Wexford.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in operating machinery efficiently, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing experience who is eager to expand their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Your Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation - Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet output targets.
• Quality Control - Conduct regular product checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Health & Safety Compliance - Follow all safety protocols and hygiene procedures.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance - Identify and resolve minor machine issues, escalating problems when necessary.
• Efficiency & Productivity - Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily targets.

What You Need:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern (see below).
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday (Rotating Shifts)
• Week 1: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Week 2: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
