Marketing Lead

Vickerstock are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading organisation based in Co Tyrone to recruit for a Marketing Lead on a permanent basis.

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for all aspects of marketing development within the business.

This is an exciting time to join a very successful business and they increase their product range and sell into new markets.

Your new role as a Marketing Lead

  • Contribute to the organisation's understanding of market intelligence using market evidence and professional marketing judgement to identify and understand market opportunities and challenges.
  • Working with new product launches
  • Dealing with clients
  • Scope and create innovative integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the organisation
  • Work closely with internal and external creative & online marketing resources, ensuring that objectives are met, and projects delivered within budget.
  • Input creative ideas and implement appropriate tactics to improve digital performance and develop digital strategies.
  • Take responsibility for the management of digital campaigns via a variety of digital channels and developing digital and social media strategies and tactical implementation as appropriate.
  • Track and analyse web and social media traffic flow.
  • Generate content to post on social media pages using appropriate meta data for Search Engine Optimisation

What you will need to succeed as a Marketing Lead :

  • 3rd level qualification (degree or equivalent) in a marketing or communications related discipline and 2 years' relevant experience in a similar position
  • Or
  • 5 x GCSEs and 3 years' relevant and recent experience in a similar position within Marketing
  • Using CMS, CRM tools, Google programs and digital marketing tools to measure user engagement and ROI.
  • Proficiency in the use of IT to include MS Office packages, CRM systems and relevant social media platforms.
