Vickerstock is delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join multi-site, market-leading and exponentially growing manufacturing organisation based in County Fermanagh.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented HR professional to take the next step up in their HR career whilst working alongside experienced HR Professionals to provide their HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, HR Systems, Absence Management and Performance Management.

What will you do as HR Business Partner?

As HR Business Partner, you will work alongside the HR team to provide specialist HR support across the employee lifecycle. Duties include:

  • Collaborate with HR Professionals to carry out HR projects across the organisation surrounding engagement, well-being and absence.
  • Act as a trusted HR Advisor to management on all employee relations cases ie. disciplinaries, grievances and misconduct etc.
  • Carry out HR reporting to monitor and analyse company KPIS including levels of absence, productivity and employee engagement levels.
  • Assist the HR team to develop and revise HR policies and procedures to align with current employment legislation and business requirements.
  • Deliver training and mentoring to departmental managers on all aspects of HR

What do you require as HR Business Partner?

  • Experience in leading on employee relations, partaking in HR projects and conducting absence/performance reviews.
  • Proficient in utilising HRIS Systems, carrying out HR reporting and assisting with HR policy development
  • Possesses knowledge of employment legislation
  • Preferable to have CIPD Qualification
  • Obtained degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline
