Your new role as a Graduate Building Surveyor

Learn about Building regulations and standards, and then assess assets against these.
Take part in Condition Surveys and Feasibility studies
Be responsible for pre-sale due diligence
Visit local sites to complete surveys

Gain an understanding of tenders and contract administration

Gain mentoring from the experience team of consultants

What you'll need to be successful as a Graduate Building Surveyor

Higher level education in Construction or Engineering - this can be an apprenticeship, degree, A-levels or similar

Some previous experience with Commercial properties
