Your new role as Finishing Foreman

Manage health and safety on site

Commercial knowledge of the scope of work and subcontractor packages

Understanding of delivery targets

Inspect on site works

Weekly reporting on project delivery

Assist in daily meetings

Manage on-site contractors

Control works from foundations to finishes and fixes and handover
