Field Service Engineer
Monday - Friday
£40k - £45k

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing/repair firm based in the Greater Belfast area to recruit x2 Field Service Engineers to cover their client's site across NI.

Your responsibilities as a Field Service Engineer;

  • Complete all service, repair, warranty and inspection jobs mostly across Pumps, Valves and Actuators.
  • Providing a complete report to customer on project/service work on root cause of breakdown.
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise, ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Develop skills and knowledge of the organisation's products and service.
  • Working with various departments to ensure you have the right tools, parts etc.

As a Field Service Engineer, ideally you will have

  • Either a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering qualification.
  • The ability to read and fault find on electrical wiring diagrams.
  • Experience commissioning, installing and maintenance of equipment in a field service or manufacturing environment.
  • Full clean driving licence.
