Vickerstock are working in partnership with our Manufacturing client in Portadown to assist them with the recruitment of an Electrical/Electronic Engineer

Our client is a long-standing Manufacturer that started as a family run business and has now grown into one of the most reputable brands within their specialism with customers across the world.

What will this role entail?

• Carrying out Fault-Finding and repairs on a range of Automated Machinery and Equipment.
• Working alongside a multi-skilled team to resolve Electrical & Mechanical maintenance related issues.
• Carrying out preventative maintenance of electronic systems.
• PLC programming & development of new control systems.
• Investigating and rectifying automation failures.
• Other duties as assigned.

What will you need?

• Degree level education in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• At least 5 years' experience in a Maintenance or similar role.
• Automation experience is a distinct advantage.
• Strong organisational skills
