Your new role as Building Services Manager

Supervise multiple sites in Dublin.

Manage multiple M&E Design Teams

Mentor Building Services Engineers

Advise construction teams on M&E

Review drawings and specifications and advise team members.

Attend meetings with clients, stakeholders and design teams.

What you'll need to be successful as a Building Services Manager

3rd level qualification in a relevant M&E field.

7 years experience post qualification.

Strong building services or M&E background.

Previous residential building experience

A relevant trade background is desirable

Ability to travel to multiple sites across Dublin
