Administrator
Vickerstock are delighted to be working with a leading client to recruit for an Administrator to work within their Health and Safety/Quality Department.
The Administrator will provide support and administrative assistant to the SHEQ team, support SHEQ activities and the promotion of a health and safety culture throughout the business.
The Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Book SHEQ related training courses, maintain training records and training matrix.
- Administer occupational health surveillance programme and maintain associated records.
- Co-ordinate and facilitate internal and external audits.
- Update CHAS, Constructionline, etc with required information.
- Maintain record of inspection and audit reports and findings.
- Maintain NCPs, complaints, accidents / incidents records.
- Maintain Document Control for SHEQ processes, policies and procedures.
- Liaise with HR to arrange SHEQ inductions for new starters and prepare relevant documents.
- Collate information for reports and meetings.
- General admin assistance to the SHEQ team.
- Provide reception cover as required.
The Administrator should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
- Strong IT skills
- Extensive experience using MS Excel
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
