Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Head Of Operations to join the senior leadership team. This role is not about maintaining the status quo but about driving significant impact through strategic direction, process optimisation, and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee teams in Welding/Fabrication/Assembly, Installation/Commissioning, Aftersales, and Project Management, totalling around 30 internal staff and substantial external subcontract fabrication.
•Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior operations management role, with proven success in leading and developing operational teams.
•Skills: Strong analytical skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement harnessing data-led decisions.
•Education: Relevant 3rd level education.
•Leadership: Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership and foster a high-performing team culture.
