Talent Acquisition Manager

In this position you will have a pivotal role in the implementation and development of our strategic objectives. You will help support and shape the future of the Vickerstock Group across both national and international regions.

Purpose of the Role:

To find and retain great talent. You will be required to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both our candidates and employees. You will be responsible for developing our talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Working with the Directors to identify key strategic hires in every part of our business.
  • Map and research our markets within local, national and international regions.
  • Identify sectors where the business can source great talent.
  • Ensure a clear interview process.
  • Manage all of the "on-boarding" process of new team members
  • Create an induction training schedule.
  • Monitoring the training that they receive in the first three months in the business in line with our induction training plan.
  • Delivering a significant part of the induction training schedule.
  • Working with our marketing team to create and enhance our leading employer brand in the recruitment sector.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the role of a recruitment consultant and resourcer.
  • Knowledge and experience of employer brand and values.
  • Knowledge and experience of the recruitment sector.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience within a coaching or training environment.
