Your new role as a Senior Process Engineer (Potable Water)
Reporting to the Belfast Water Team Leader, you will be part of a multidisciplinary water group covering civil, structural, MEICA and process skills. You will take a leading role in the delivery of technical design solutions for clients in the water sector, with a primary focus on Northern Ireland Water. As the lead Process Engineer, you will be involved in process audits, investigations, feasibility studies, outline and detailed design of drinking water treatment works and associated systems.
What you will need to succeed as a Senior Process Engineer (Potable Water)
- Be a Chartered Chemical or Process Engineer with a background in water projects;
- Experience and knowledge in process design (Mass Balances, P&IDs), water treatment hydraulics and drinking water treatment processes;
- Experienced in writing specifications, reports, business cases and technical notes;
- A project management accreditation (NEC3/4) and knowledge of planning software (MS Project / Primavera) is an advantage;
