Vickerstock are working with an innovative client based in Co Cavan to recruit an Office Manager. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office.

They will work with each of the departments ensuring standards are maintained and adhered to.

The Office Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring that all quality procedures are followed
  • Responsible for annual targets
  • Organization and coordination of office operations
  • Implementation of new and existing company policies and procedures
  • Assisting management with document preparation for company internal and external audits
  • Organise travel arrangements, meetings and appointments for management/engineers
  • Manage and minute the weekly Sales/Project meetings
  • Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers

The Office Manager should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous office management experience
  • Good Microsoft Office skills - to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
