Vickerstock are working in partnership with a long-established distributor on the appointment of a Warehouse Supervisor.

As the Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and leading a team of warehouse staff, overseeing the warehouse function. You will have a valid forklift license.

In your new role:

• Manage and lead the warehouse team providing guidance and support as needed.
• Implement organisational strategies to optimise workflow and improve productivity.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock control and order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Manage the commercial Fleet.
• Administrative tasks related to warehouse operations, including scheduling and reporting.

What you will need to succeed

• Two recent year's experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Strong time management experience.
• Valid forklify license.
• Ability to builid rapport with trade customers.
