With a rich history and a focus on quality, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join the team and contribute to continued success.

As Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of products, and maintaining high standards of inventory control and safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire warehouse management of the business ensuring all goods dispatches are timely and accurate
• All stock movements to be completed accurately and in real time on the company MRP system
• Ensuring the highest level of pick accuracy is achieved on all dispatched orders whilst maximising order pick performance.
• Leading the team of employees providing clear direction and efficiency.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement agreed solutions within the department.
• Communicate regularly with all fellow department managers to ensure the jobs and times are met and completed to customers descriptions. Ensuring a prompt response time to both customers and colleagues are met.
• At all times ensure that the Health and Safety requirements are adhered to by the entire team.
• Provide cover for as required.
• Any other Ad hoc duties as requested by management.

Criteria Needed

• 5 years proven experience in warehouse management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong computer and pervious experience in using MRP/ERP systems is essential.
