Vickerstock are working in partnership with a major Agrigcultrual business on the appointment of a Transport Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent chance to for someone to kickstart a career in Transport, and of course for someone with existing relatable experience. On offer is an above market and competitive salary.

Monday to Friday - 08.30- 17.00 (Flexibility offered)

As the Transport Administrator, you will report directly to the TM and will maintain documents, records via the company TMS.

In your new role:

• Manage transport documents, records, and systems (TMS system & fleet records).
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Organize and coordinate fleet vehicle tax, MOTs, and PSVs.
• Track vehicle maintenance and repair records.
• Oversee ordering of goods and shipping of parts.
• Review and verify purchase orders (POs) and invoices.

What you will need to succeed:

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and progres
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Valid driving license
• Prior transport/logistics experience is an added bonus
