Transport Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator for a very successful organisation based in Armagh.

The Transport Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Liasing with drivers to ensure they have correct documentation
  • Accommodating additional customer orders efficiently
  • Keeping track of vehicle maintenance and repair records
  • Accurate Data Entry

What you will need to succeed as a Transport Administrator

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relations with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Must be IT literate (Including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel).
  • The ability to work under pressure within a busy transport office.
  • Excellent attention to detail
