Manage external consultants and subcontractors

Appoint consultants

Oversee technical specifications

Chair design team meetings and workshops

What you'll need to be successful as Technical Design Manager

Degree level education in Architecture

5 years experience post qualification

Experience in design of residential projects

Knowledge of regulations and standards
