Your new role as Technical Design Coordinator

Work closely to support the Design Manager

Brief consultants and subcontractors on policy, budget and timescales.

Focus on Housing and Duplex projects, with some involvement in apartment blocks.

Develop design guidance drawings

Give technical guidance on methodology

What you'll need to be successful as Technical Design Coordinator

Degree level education in Architecture

3 years experience post qualification

Experience in design of residential projects

Knowledge of regulations and standards

Experience in Timber Frame Design is beneficial
