The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of key M+E projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee M+E project sites, ensuring timely completion
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and on-site personnel
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Liaise with the project management team and clients to ensure clear communication
• Monitor site progress and prepare reports on project status
• Manage resources, materials, and site logistics

Desirable Skills:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the M+E sector
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Full UK driving license (essential)
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
